By creating a Comeigo account or using Comeigo for Hotels or the Comeigo ad marketplace, a hotel, a local business, and their authorised staff agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Comeigo is a platform that provides AI-driven guest communication and staff task routing for hotels, and an ad marketplace through which local businesses can advertise to tourists checked in at participating hotels, along with related organisation and multi-property management tools.

Features marked as in development or in pilot may change or be withdrawn before general release.

Comeigo is intended for use by hotels and hospitality businesses and by local businesses that want to advertise to hotel guests, not by individual guests directly.

The platform may not be used to store or process information you aren't authorised to hold, to circumvent access controls, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.

Hotels are responsible for ensuring their use of Comeigo, including guest communication and record-keeping, complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, prices, and claims, and for honouring the offers they publish to guests. Ads must be lawful, truthful, and not misleading or offensive.

Offers are delivered only to guests through channels the hotel has enabled and in line with the guest's communication preferences. Advertisers may not use the marketplace to collect guests' personal information outside the platform, or to send unsolicited messages.

Comeigo may reject, pause, or remove any ad at its discretion. Hotels share in marketplace revenue on the terms agreed with Comeigo.

Hotels remain the owner and controller of their guest data at all times. Comeigo processes that data solely to provide the platform's functionality and in line with the Privacy Policy. Advertisers do not receive guests' personal details through the marketplace unless a guest chooses to contact or book with them.

Hotels and advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, for configuring role-based access appropriately for their staff, and for obtaining any guest consents required under local law.

Paid plans are billed on the subscription terms agreed at signup, which may include a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly or annual charges. Advertisers are billed according to the pricing shown when they create a campaign. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.

Comeigo and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including its software, design, and branding. Hotels and advertisers retain all rights to their own data and advertising content, and grant Comeigo the licence needed to display it through the platform.

Comeigo is provided "as is." While we work to keep the platform reliable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee any particular level of advertising results or revenue.

To the extent permitted by law, Comeigo's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription or advertising account at any time. Comeigo may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, including misuse of guest data, misleading advertising, or non-payment, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and significant changes will be communicated to account administrators in advance where possible.
