By creating a Comeigo account or using Comeigo Voice or Map My Place, a clinic and its authorised staff agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Comeigo is a platform for clinics that provides an AI-driven front desk (Comeigo Voice) and real-time patient and staff coordination (Map My Place), along with related organisation and multi-clinic management tools.

Accounts are created by an organisation owner, who can then invite staff with role-based permissions. Each person is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under their account.

Comeigo is intended for use by licensed clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organisations, not by individual patients directly.

The platform may not be used to store or process information the clinic isn't authorised to hold, to circumvent access controls, or to interfere with the service's normal operation.

Clinics are responsible for ensuring their use of Comeigo - including call handling, patient communication, and record-keeping - complies with applicable healthcare regulations in their jurisdiction.

Clinics remain the owner and controller of their patient data at all times. Comeigo processes that data solely to provide the platform's functionality and in line with the Privacy Policy.

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter, for configuring role-based access appropriately for their staff, and for obtaining any patient consents required under local law.

Certain features rely on third-party providers for voice calling, SMS delivery, and calendar syncing. Use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms, to the extent Comeigo discloses them.

Paid plans are billed on the subscription terms agreed with a clinic at signup, which may include a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly or annual charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.

Comeigo and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including its software, design, and branding. Clinics retain all rights to their own patient and clinic data.

Comeigo is provided "as is." While we work to keep the platform reliable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and Comeigo is not a substitute for a clinic's own clinical judgment or emergency procedures.

To the extent permitted by law, Comeigo's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by the clinic in the twelve months preceding the claim.

A clinic may cancel its subscription at any time. Comeigo may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, including misuse of patient data or non-payment, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date, and significant changes will be communicated to clinic administrators in advance where possible.
